1. Account eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. The person creating a business workspace confirms that they are authorized to act for that business. You are responsible for safeguarding login details and for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
2. Owners, staff, and permissions
The business owner controls the workspace, invites staff, and assigns roles and permissions. Staff users may only use the functions made available to them and must follow the owner's instructions. Private staff details and business records are not available to unrelated businesses. Owners are responsible for reviewing access and removing people who should no longer use the workspace.
3. Subscriptions
The account owner must select an available plan before using subscription-protected business features. Each plan includes the features, user limits, billing period, and price shown at checkout. Monthly and yearly subscriptions cover the stated period. Features may differ by plan, and use of a restricted feature may require an upgrade.
A successful payment activates or extends the subscription. If a subscription expires, owner access may be limited to renewal and account management, while staff may be asked to contact the owner. We do not treat an incomplete, rejected, or failed payment request as a successful subscription order.
4. Payments, cancellation, and refunds
By submitting a mobile number at checkout, the account owner authorizes the selected payment provider to send a payment approval request for the displayed amount. Payment is complete only after the provider confirms success. Charges are normally non-refundable once a subscription period is activated, except where required by law, where a duplicate or incorrect charge is verified, or where we expressly agree otherwise. Contact support promptly about a payment error.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Haad Cloud to break the law, misrepresent transactions, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious code, probe or bypass security, access another business without permission, overload the service, resell unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. You may not use the platform to store content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
6. Your data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for business information entered into the workspace. You must have authority to collect and use customer, staff, and supplier information; maintain accurate products, prices, taxes, stock, and financial records; and make any legally required disclosures. Reports produced by Haad Cloud depend on the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by the business.
7. Service operation
We work to keep Haad Cloud available and reliable, but maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, security work, or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt access. We may update workflows, correct errors, or change features to improve or protect the service. Where practical, we will communicate material changes that affect normal use.
8. Intellectual property
Haad Cloud, its software, design, documentation, and branding remain the property of the platform operator and its licensors. Your active account receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for internal business operations. This does not permit copying, reverse engineering, sublicensing, or creating a competing service from protected parts of Haad Cloud.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when a subscription expires, payment is reversed, the account creates a security risk, these terms are materially breached, or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law. An owner may request account closure through support. Outstanding obligations and provisions that naturally continue after closure remain effective.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Haad Cloud is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every business result, calculation, or third-party service will be error-free. The business remains responsible for reviewing important transactions, backups or exports it requires, statutory records, and operational decisions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service where such limits are legally permitted.
11. Governing terms and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Somalia, without removing any mandatory rights that apply to you. If a disagreement arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly. We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date and notifying users of material changes. Questions may be sent to info@haadcloud.com.
12. Google Sign-In and account access
Google Sign-In is optional. If you choose it, you authorize Google to provide Haad Cloud with your name, email address, and Google account identifier so we can create, link, and authenticate your account. This sign-in process does not give Haad Cloud access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or files in your Google account.
Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s applicable terms. Our collection, use, retention, and deletion of information received through Google Sign-In are described in the Haad Cloud privacy policy.
