Getting started
How to use Haad Cloud
Set up the business once, give each person the right access, and let every sale keep stock, customers, payments, and reports in sync.
01 / Start
Create and activate the workspace.
Register the owner account
Use the owner’s real name, active email address, and business details. Complete email verification when requested, then sign in through the normal login page.
Choose a subscription
Select monthly or yearly billing, continue to checkout, enter the mobile number that will approve the payment, and accept the request on that phone. The workspace activates after a successful payment response.
Complete business settings
Set the business name, contact details, currency, receipt information, and other operating preferences. Logo, invoice, receipt, and sidebar branding are available only when included in the active plan.
02 / Prepare
Build a clean product catalogue.
Create categories first, then add each product with its selling price, cost, stock quantity, and low-stock threshold. Use clear names that cashiers can find quickly. Record supplier purchases and stock adjustments instead of changing quantities without a reason, so the stock history remains useful.
Categories
Group products in a way staff already understand.
Opening stock
Enter the real quantity available before selling.
Low-stock level
Choose when the dashboard should warn the owner.
03 / Team
Give staff only the access they need.
Create roles such as Cashier, Inventory Manager, or Accountant. Select the permissions for each role, then invite or create the staff member and assign that role. Do not share the owner’s login. Review access when responsibilities change, and deactivate a staff account as soon as the person leaves the business.
Staff cannot renew an expired workspace.
If the subscription expires, staff should contact the business owner. Only the owner can choose a plan and complete payment.
04 / Sell
Complete a sale in a few clear steps.
- 1
Open POS and search or scan the products the customer is buying.
- 2
Check quantities, prices, discount permissions, tax, and the final total.
- 3
Select a customer when the order needs customer history or an invoice.
- 4
Choose cash or the available online payment option. For online payment, enter the customer’s payment number and let them approve the request.
- 5
Complete the order only after the payment outcome is clear, then print or share the receipt.
A confirmed online POS payment appears as a business notification. Failed or cancelled payment attempts must not be treated as completed orders.
05 / Operate
Use the records created by daily work.
Orders and invoices
Open an order to review items, payment, customer, receipt, or invoice details. Follow the available controlled workflow for returns or cancellations.
Customers and suppliers
Keep balances, contact details, purchases, and sales attached to the correct record.
Expenses
Record business expenses with a date, category, amount, and useful note so profit reports remain meaningful.
Reports and exports
Use sales, stock, payment, and performance reports to review the operation. Data export is available when included in the active plan.
Subscription history
The owner can review successful subscription payments, billing periods, current access, and renewal from the subscription area.
06 / Protect
Keep the account secure.
Use a unique password, enable two-factor authentication where available, keep recovery codes private, review active browser sessions, and sign out shared counter devices when appropriate. Owners should review roles and staff access regularly.
Need a person?
Send the business name and a clear description of the problem.
